The loot writes the build

A roguelite tower defense where towers are empty vessels and runes are the build. March across a generated world, socket the loot you find, and play every wave with the Crown's own abilities.

When you fall, only the Worldtree remembers, and it opens new ways to play, not bigger numbers.

Every family, affix and resonance here is taken from the game's data. Each rune shows one affix its family can roll, with the range it rolls in. Every affix carries a cost.

How it plays

Runes write the build

You don't pick a class, you discover one. Towers arrive empty; runes bring chain, pierce, on-kill triggers and conversions, each with a cost. Runes move between waves and can be crafted, so every drop is a decision and spare runes are fuel.
Play the wave

The Crown is on the field with you. Cast its abilities on cooldown, overcharge a tower at the right moment, call the next wave early for better loot. You have hands on the wheel every wave, not a fast-forward button.
The Worldtree remembers

When a run ends, the Worldtree keeps what you earned. Its nodes unlock new rune families, affix tiers, chassis and run rules: possibility, not bigger numbers. Rekindle it when you want to start the tree again, stronger, against harder runs.
